This is what you have to do! A little goes ALONG way. Make sure you put a drop of foiling serum in a separate container or lid then place some pigment within the drop and mix then apply!
It will last and hold along with smoothing your eyelids. There is no scent.
If it gets into your eyes wash out with hot water/soap.
